Economy Grid T-Shirt Quilts have a grid layout but there is no fabric between the blocks. They usually have one outer border.

Economy Grids have every shirt sized to the same size. The biggest logo dictates the size of everything. We math it together at the planning meeting. Blocks typically are 14-16” square depending on the size of the largest logo. This is a great way to get a lot of items into a quilt in a grid quilt in a more economical way.

Economy Layout Pricing

Economy Grid Quilts are priced by the quilt size and number of pieces, not the size of the blocks. Sometimes the outside top or bottom border may need to be larger or smaller than the sides in order to fit a bed. Major modifications, extra patches, adding backs, etc. are $5 each. Prices do not include sales tax on fabric and batting.
